Narrative:

I was flying a lear jet 36 for the purpose of military training. The aircraft was equipped with an aerial, target, tow reel. The tow reel weighs 600 pounds and was carried on the left wing weapons rack. We use this setup to tow targets for military ship gunnery practice. I had just entered W-192 and checked with the ship on UHF when they told me to turn 270 degrees because they were conducting live fire to the south and east. Due to the ship's placement in the warning area and shape of the airspace, I crossed the border in VFR conditions at 16500 ft MSL. ATC contacted me later and told me I was out of the airspace, I had traffic 8 O'clock, 14500 ft climbing B747, and to turn eastbound to re-enter the airspace as soon as possible. As I turned left to east, I gained sight of the B747 and I rolled out on a parallel course sbound, to let it overtake and pass me, as our speed was 200 KIAS. I turned behind to east and re-entered the airspace. A contributing factor was the ship's positioning in the warning area and the shape of the warning area itself.

A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR WAS THE SHIP'S POSITIONING IN THE WARNING AREA AND THE SHAPE OF THE WARNING AREA ITSELF.
