Narrative:

How are we supposed to comply with B767 airworthiness directive that requires the center tank fuel to be less than 1000 pounds after fueling? Is it permissible to turn on the center tank pumps to defuel the center tank if there is 1700 pounds of fuel in the center tank? If this is ok can we do it with passenger onboard?
