Narrative:

We were filed for FL210 and we had been cleared to FL190. I was the PNF and I was supposed to set FL190 in the altitude alerter. Instead of FL190, I set FL200 and we were caught by ATC at FL195. I don't know why I set FL200 instead of FL190. There was no conflict since our traffic was still over 5 mi in front of us and 3000 ft above us.
