Narrative:

Load manifest completed incorrectly. 8 passenger aboard at 1320 pounds. Weight of 990 pounds (6 passenger) incorrectly used. Takeoff weight listed was 330 pounds less than actual. Actual weight was still under the maximum takeoff weight for that flight. Due to an unrelated mechanical problem, flight never occurred. Flight never left the ground and taxied back to gate for maintenance. Incorrect weight was xferred from chart wrong. Second crew member never accurately verified load manifest. Never corrected because flight never happened due to mechanical problem (unrelated).
