Narrative:

Approaching dbn from east, ATC cleared us to cross 10 mi northeast dbn at FL280. A waypoint was built 10 mi northwest. At 11 mi east of dbn, ATC queried whether we'd make the restr. We were at FL300. Upon clarification of the clearance, ATC gave us a 90 degree left turn and we expedited to FL280, reaching in less than 1 min. Unknown if any conflict arose. Contributing factor was clearance to cross 10 mi northeast when we were arriving from ene and departing northwest.
