Narrative:
Aircraft #1 was issued a descent to FL350, questioned the clearance because wrong call sign was used. When clearance was reissued FL310 was given. Controller thought FL350 was issued.

Narrative: ACFT #1 WAS ISSUED A DSCNT TO FL350, QUESTIONED THE CLRNC BECAUSE WRONG CALL SIGN WAS USED. WHEN CLRNC WAS REISSUED FL310 WAS GIVEN. CTLR THOUGHT FL350 WAS ISSUED.
