Narrative:

On climb out from sus cleared to 15000 ft -- distracted by a fuel imbalance during refueling and discussion with first officer on proper procedure for balancing, I flew through the assigned altitude. Upon recognizing the excursion, I returned to the assigned altitude. No conflict resulted.
