On landing at blh gear collapsed causing propeller strike, damage only to propellers. No major or structural damage to airframe. Not a reportable accident per NTSB rules. No injury. Borrowed aircraft, poorly maintained. Pilot should have taken more time than was taken to determine aircraft quality.
