XX45Z, dfw. I neglected to sign off the logbook at the termination of this flight. There were no write-ups and I briefed the outbound captain as I departed. No explanation except basic oversight. It shall not happen again if I have any say in it.

Narrative: XX45Z, DFW. I NEGLECTED TO SIGN OFF THE LOGBOOK AT THE TERMINATION OF THIS FLT. THERE WERE NO WRITE-UPS AND I BRIEFED THE OUTBOUND CAPT AS I DEPARTED. NO EXPLANATION EXCEPT BASIC OVERSIGHT. IT SHALL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN IF I HAVE ANY SAY IN IT.
