Narrative:
VFR piper approaching airport from southwest. C172 and an MD80 departing southwest. MD80 reported piper aircraft on TCASII at 12 O'clock, 3 mi. Cenrap lag did not show aircraft altitude. Piper aircraft appeared to be east of MD80, nebound. MD80 advised taking evasive action. No loss of separation.
