Narrative:

I miscalculated weight and balance due to overlooking military bags on load manifest worksheet. FAA was doing ramp check. When I called in times to station, station personnel informed me of problem. I recalculated numbers and entered on my forms and he did same. At no time were aircraft limitations exceeded.

Title: FLC OF A BRASILIA EMBRAER, EMB120, FAILED TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE ACTUAL WT OF THE MIL BAGS, IN LIEU OF THE USUAL AVERAGE WT, WHEN COMPUTING WT AND BAL FOR THE FLT. THE MISTAKE WAS CAUGHT BY THE DISPATCHER UPON ARR WHEN THE FAA WAS STANDING BY FOR A RAMP CHK. THE ACTUAL WT DID NOT, HOWEVER, CAUSE THE ACFT WT AND BAL TO BE EXCEEDED.
