Narrative:

Sep/xx/97, at lost nation airport in VFR after raising the flaps and applying full power on the third touch and go, I noticed a deer trotting across the active runway directly in front of my AG5B/right. I pulled hard on the yoke but made contact with the deer with the right main landing gear and right elevator counterweight. Not knowing if I had a main landing gear, I elected to continue the much-reduced climb to cgf where 2 low passes for ground crews confirm I had 3 wheels. The landing was uneventful. To prevent the situation, install taller fences at lnn.
