Approaching lagrange VOR at 26000 ft flight attendant advised passenger vomiting blood and doctor aboard advised land as soon as possible. Medical emergency declared -- ATC cleared us direct atlanta and maximum speed was maintained to airport (350 KTS plus) until 15 mi from atlanta airport at 3000 ft. We advised ATC of our speed. Passenger had grand mall seizure and emergency paramedics met flight.
