Ny approach called traffic at 12 O'clock position. Altitude unknown (no distance, no direction given). First officer spotted traffic at 100-200 ft climbing at us. First officer made immediate right turn to avoid collision. Other aircraft, a cherokee, continued, baron landed at teb without further problem.
