Narrative:

Upon landing at sql ground control asked if I was aware of temporary airspace restrs in area, then stated that government agency said I was a little low out there. I understood what was going on in the area but found that temporary airspace restrs were somewhat confusing and conflicting with class B airspace and arrival at sql. I received instructions from ATC at sql as to arrival procedures in effect at the time. We returned from over the pacific ocean in the area of half moon bay airport to sql and I followed all instructions from sql ATC.
