Narrative:

On preflight we set up our departure according to our flight plan which was the oak 4 departure to sac, etc. When we got our pre departure clearance we overlooked the amendment (which was oak 4.lin) but did see the original clearance to sac. On departure, ATC cleared us direct linden then flight planned route, which we did after verifying where to go after linden because our flight plan was to sacramento. ATC told us to fly lin J84 MVA, etc, which was what we overlooked on the amended clearance. There was never any conflict and we complied with all ATC instructions. A copy of the pre departure clearance is enclosed.
