Narrative:

Unicom advising runway in use as runway 35, wind 050 degrees at 10 KTS. After announcing departure on runway 35 and starting roll, I heard aircraft on unicom announce practice ILS inbound on runway 17. Just at departure end I see opposing traffic coming at me and I made hard turn to left to get away from aircraft. This situation is occurring regularly as training aircraft are using opposing runway even after being advised of active runway.
