Narrative:

Aircraft departed oak with inaccurate weight and balance. Aircraft had an additional 3320 pounds of payload than was on weight and balance given to captain. After 1 1/2 hours en route, company dispatch was advised of situation, and dispatch notified captain and gave him new center of gravity numbers.

Title: COMPANY DISPATCHER ADVISED FLC OF A DC8-71 CARGO ACFT, AFTER 1 PT 5 HRS INFLT, THAT THEY HAD TAKEN OFF WITH THE WRONG WT AND BAL COMPUTATION SINCE IT WAS LATER FOUND THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER 3320 LBS OF WT NOT INCLUDED ON THE ORIGINAL TKOF WT AND BAL.

Narrative: ACFT DEPARTED OAK WITH INACCURATE WT AND BAL. ACFT HAD AN ADDITIONAL 3320 LBS OF PAYLOAD THAN WAS ON WT AND BAL GIVEN TO CAPT. AFTER 1 1/2 HRS ENRTE, COMPANY DISPATCH WAS ADVISED OF SIT, AND DISPATCH NOTIFIED CAPT AND GAVE HIM NEW CTR OF GRAVITY NUMBERS.
