Narrative:

Exited runway 28R at intersection B5 called ramp for taxiway 'Y' north and made a 100-110 degree turn to make taxiway 'Y' north. Later ground controller said I made a 180 degree turn to make taxiway 'Y' north which first officer and I agreed that turn to taxiway 'Y' north was 100-110 degree turn. No aircraft or ground equipment was anywhere close by. Told ATC supervisor that I didn't see it from the ground controller's point of view, but said I was sorry just the same. ATC supervisor said basically no big deal that was the end of the conversation.
