Narrative:

Flew up the connecticut river (north) 300 ft looking for logs and waves and boats. Then flew south to land. On my approach to land, boats on the river said I came too close to them. This is what I consider normal for landing on any water surface. This was a sunny sunday and many boats were on the river.
