Narrative:

I was not handling controls but was sitting in copilot (right) seat. Pilot flared high (about 10 ft). I told him so and he corrected to flare at about 3-4 ft. Aircraft bounced on landing (1 bounce). Landed nose high. Pilot lost direction control on roll after bounce and rolled off runway and hit runway light. Very minor skin damage only. I kicked right rudder but too late to keep aircraft from hitting runway lights. Contributing factors: 1) taxi light good and turned on, landing light inoperative. Runway lights old low power military style with several of them inoperative, giving large stretches of runway with no left/right reference.
