Narrative:

Dew on small aircraft windshield. Just prior to taxi I cleaned the dew off. Taxied out to 26R. Clearance was given to taxi position and hold. While taxiing out, transponder on, strobes on and misidented edge lights for center lights. Propeller hit edge lights on runway. Requested taxi back to ramp and was approved. Tip of propellers were damaged. Better system of defrost and better lights on small aircraft needed. Pilot needed to pay more attention also.
