Narrative:

I was taxiing on ramp centerline and noted a fuel truck fueling a parked aircraft. The truck was about 16 ft to the right of the centerline. I misjudged its distance and trusted that I had adequate clearance to pass the truck. Before I could make a correction my right wingtip struck the truck right headlight.
