Narrative:

Upon arriving at the gate, I was on aircraft oiling duty, went to oil aircraft XXX. Came in on port side of aircraft due to wind conditions (APU exhaust in direct line with truck, company doesn't have policy of shutting down APU at gate). This time another mechanic had guided me in. Our servicing truck has tall rails on the side of it. As I was going up with the truck to service the engine (#2 rear), the RAIL on the side punctured the aircraft. Immediately told the supervisor, then continued to service aircraft after incident.
