Narrative:

Cleared to land runway 19 with downwind of our choice (no traffic). On final copilot noticed we were lined up with runway 14 (he was flying). I told him to go around. Landing was completed uneventfully on runway 19, after another pattern. Runway 14 was longer and we fixated on it. I didn't properly monitor copilot and failed to xchk his pattern and visual approach.
