Narrative:

With a critical care burn victim, after landing at burn center, a homeowner, across street from trauma pad, requested to speak with pilot regarding flying 'over his home.' due to critical nature of disembarking patient, a posted police officer spoke to the homeowner. The officer, after speaking with owner, said 'he'd take care of it.' my opinion/impression is that this homeowner usually makes 'sour grapes' complaints of same nature. Every effort was made to avoid noise sensitive areas on approach to trauma pad and during takeoff(south).
