Narrative:

This was a flight inspection equipment evaluation. I was designated PIC. I was PNF occupying copilot position. The sic was PF and occupying pilot position. PF landed BE58 airplane on runway 13 at okc. Landing on centerline approximately 1000 ft from runway threshold. Wind was direct crosswind 210 degrees at 9 KTS. Touchdown appeared normal. During rollout left main gear tire blew out. Aircraft rolled left of centerline came to stop on left side of runway 13. Okc ATC closed runway. Maintenance contacted. Maintenance and airport auths removed aircraft from runway and towed to FBO. Initial inspection revealed no damage to left main gear wheel or brake assembly. Inspection of left main gear tire indicates the wheel was not turning prior to blow out.
