Narrative:

During final turn to runway 22L, for a touch and go, I heard another airplane self announce 'abeam the tower runway 22L.' at 1 NM final I heard that airplane announce 'now turning base runway 22L.' I continued to approach the runway and landed. During the ground roll we saw the shadow of an airplane, and saw an airplane flying slightly left but just above us. It was about 300-500 ft from us. We continued ground roll and took off then offset to the right.

I CONTINUED TO APCH THE RWY AND LANDED. DURING THE GND ROLL WE SAW THE SHADOW OF AN AIRPLANE, AND SAW AN AIRPLANE FLYING SLIGHTLY L BUT JUST ABOVE US. IT WAS ABOUT 300-500 FT FROM US. WE CONTINUED GND ROLL AND TOOK OFF THEN OFFSET TO THE R.
