Narrative:

We departed off runway 4R, after briefing the departure off runway 33L. We both missed the change and turned to a 315 degree heading after takeoff at 2 DME. It should have been runway heading. When the controller caught the mistake she turned us back to 090 degrees. Factors: heat, delays, changes, waiting for weight and balance, rushing, obviously we should have re-briefed the departure when the assigned runway was changed to runway 4R.
