Narrative:
ATC operators spoke rapidly and annunciation was not clear. No conflicts occurred, but I finally got fed up and had them repeat taxi instructions after landing. I talked to others who had flown in at the same time and they, too, had difficulty. The lcls said they had problems with some of the tower people too.

Title: PVT PLT RPTS DIFFICULTY IN UNDERSTANDING INSTRUCTIONS AS DELIVERED BY THE TWR CTLRS AT CXY, PA. IT IS A 24 HR FAA TWR, SVC LEVEL 1.
Narrative: ATC OPERATORS SPOKE RAPIDLY AND ANNUNCIATION WAS NOT CLR. NO CONFLICTS OCCURRED, BUT I FINALLY GOT FED UP AND HAD THEM REPEAT TAXI INSTRUCTIONS AFTER LNDG. I TALKED TO OTHERS WHO HAD FLOWN IN AT THE SAME TIME AND THEY, TOO, HAD DIFFICULTY. THE LCLS SAID THEY HAD PROBS WITH SOME OF THE TWR PEOPLE TOO.
