Narrative:

I (copilot, PNF) read a revised route to the captain as he programmed the FMS. A TCASII RA was noticed as we approached 30 mi west. An aircraft was observed to be in a descent from the same altitude as ourselves. We then reviewed all of the waypoints in the flight plan. We noticed that our waypoint (5130) had a latitude/longitude of north 50.00.0 west 30.00.0. As a result of an input error, we flew an incorrect route. The TCASII TA and RA was a result of this navigation error.
