Narrative:
Taxi to runway 27 at flint airport without a taxi clearance. It was early in the morning, 4TH day of mornings. The tower told us that we had not been given taxi instructions. None -- corrective action.

Narrative: TAXI TO RWY 27 AT FLINT ARPT WITHOUT A TAXI CLRNC. IT WAS EARLY IN THE MORNING, 4TH DAY OF MORNINGS. THE TWR TOLD US THAT WE HAD NOT BEEN GIVEN TAXI INSTRUCTIONS. NONE -- CORRECTIVE ACTION.
