Narrative:

My attention was on obtaining ATIS and gate information, first officer was flying. He leveled off and we got an RA on the TCASII. Turns out we were off course. The first officer stated that the way his map was folded, the mileage for the route was by the intersection we were to turn at, so he continued straight looking for the incorrect DME, rather than turning on course. Suggest mileages be printed away from intxns mi used to define the intersection.
