Narrative:
Airlines flight, mem-sat. Electric wheelchair boarded in mem in forward baggage. Upon arrival in sat, I was notified the wheelchair had been loaded and left on its side. Fluid from the wheelchair batteries leaked out on the wheelchair and on the floor of forward baggage. Maintenance control was notified and they had contract maintenance clean it up.

Narrative: AIRLINES FLT, MEM-SAT. ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR BOARDED IN MEM IN FORWARD BAGGAGE. UPON ARR IN SAT, I WAS NOTIFIED THE WHEELCHAIR HAD BEEN LOADED AND LEFT ON ITS SIDE. FLUID FROM THE WHEELCHAIR BATTERIES LEAKED OUT ON THE WHEELCHAIR AND ON THE FLOOR OF FORWARD BAGGAGE. MAINT CTL WAS NOTIFIED AND THEY HAD CONTRACT MAINT CLEAN IT UP.
