Narrative:

Beginning visual approach to runway 23L, extended slats and flaps with autoplt engaged. Observed slat disagreement light stayed on and blue slat extend light did not illuminate. Also observed windshear annunciator light but no aural warnings or pronounced change in aircraft attitude. Experienced stall stick shaker in level flight at higher than normally expected speed. Captain commanded a go around and asked ATC for a vector to sort out problem. Crew verified abnormal slat deployment by manual control of aircraft and elected to make no slat/flap only landing after reviewing company abnormal procedure manual. Landing was successful and fire trucks released.
