Narrative:

Taxiing on ramp on row G at rhv to fuel truck for fuel. Struck with propeller a parked aircraft's left wing. The end of taxiway G row narrows to approximately 40 ft and there is no room to s- turn a taildragger which has no view from back seat. The other aircraft, a small 2 place low wing, was parked at end of the row. It was not visible from over the nose of the taxiing taildragger. The operator of the parked aircraft was not at the aircraft. This aircraft was not in a tie-down area.

Title: VERY EXPERIENCED PLT TAXIING A TAILDRAGGER COLLIDES WITH A PARKED ACFT. SHE HIT THE L WING OF THE PARKED ACFT WITH HER PROP.

Narrative: TAXIING ON RAMP ON ROW G AT RHV TO FUEL TRUCK FOR FUEL. STRUCK WITH PROP A PARKED ACFT'S L WING. THE END OF TXWY G ROW NARROWS TO APPROX 40 FT AND THERE IS NO ROOM TO S- TURN A TAILDRAGGER WHICH HAS NO VIEW FROM BACK SEAT. THE OTHER ACFT, A SMALL 2 PLACE LOW WING, WAS PARKED AT END OF THE ROW. IT WAS NOT VISIBLE FROM OVER THE NOSE OF THE TAXIING TAILDRAGGER. THE OPERATOR OF THE PARKED ACFT WAS NOT AT THE ACFT. THIS ACFT WAS NOT IN A TIE-DOWN AREA.
