Narrative:

We were in cruise flight at FL200 when we had a cabin depressurization. ZDV was busy talking with other flts when the depressurization occurred. I tried 2 times to request a lower altitude and was stepped on by other xmissions. I started my descent and a right 180 degree turn to return to grand junction. I was descending through 19200 ft before I could call center to advise them of the depressurization. I was immediately cleared to 11000 ft and direct grand junction airport. The cause of the depressurization was a sheered bolt that holds the front edge of the emergency exit closed.
