Narrative:
I was flying a load of convicts from kotzebue, ak, to nome, ak. There was 1 state trooper on board acting as a guard. A girl behind my seat kept kicking the back of my seat. I turned around to stop her, and subsequently broke altitude by 400 ft. I was in the process of passing over the VOR, and turning to intercept a holding pattern at the time. I was only out of my assigned altitude for 30 seconds.

Narrative: I WAS FLYING A LOAD OF CONVICTS FROM KOTZEBUE, AK, TO NOME, AK. THERE WAS 1 STATE TROOPER ON BOARD ACTING AS A GUARD. A GIRL BEHIND MY SEAT KEPT KICKING THE BACK OF MY SEAT. I TURNED AROUND TO STOP HER, AND SUBSEQUENTLY BROKE ALT BY 400 FT. I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF PASSING OVER THE VOR, AND TURNING TO INTERCEPT A HOLDING PATTERN AT THE TIME.
