Air carrier mdt turboprop performs an unauthorized takeoff at sdq airport. First officer thought that the tower issued clearance with climb restrs included clearance for takeoff. Obviously, it hadn't.

Narrative:
First officer received ATC clearance from tower. After clearance he was given a climb restr for after takeoff and he interpreted that to include takeoff clearance. When I asked about our takeoff clearance he said we were already cleared.

Narrative: FO RECEIVED ATC CLRNC FROM TWR. AFTER CLRNC HE WAS GIVEN A CLB RESTR FOR AFTER TKOF AND HE INTERPRETED THAT TO INCLUDE TKOF CLRNC. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT OUR TKOF CLRNC HE SAID WE WERE ALREADY CLRED.
