Narrative:

This situation was caused by local FAA officials deciding to use secondary display features of radar system (darc). The NAS stage a was certified and offers many more safety related tools, ie, route lines, flight plan readout, destination in data block, quick look, J ball -- and most importantly, conflict alert.

Title: RPTED OPERROR INVOLVING A G4 AND C550 AT FL410. DARC SYS IN USE AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT. RPTR IMPLIES IF NAS STAGE A HAD BEEN IN USE, THE ERROR WOULD NOT HAVE OCCURRED.

Narrative: THIS SIT WAS CAUSED BY LCL FAA OFFICIALS DECIDING TO USE SECONDARY DISPLAY FEATURES OF RADAR SYS (DARC).
