Narrative:

Ground loop to right. WX was clear. No crosswind factor noted on final but slight crosswind noted at touchdown. This was a wheel landing. After touchdown on main wheels, during rollout the aircraft turned to the right. Left brake and some power failed to control direction, resulting in ground loop. I believe I carried the tail up too long and lost rudder AUTHORITY3. I do not identify any factors affecting quality of human performance but should have gotten the stick back sooner -- tail down. Minor damage to left wingtip.
