Performed normal checklist procedures prior to engine start. All system checked normal. Captain did the taxi and takeoff. All normal except gear did not retract. Performed required items on emergency checklist. Gear remained down and locked. Returned to field. No damage. No injuries. No equipment required.

Narrative: PERFORMED NORMAL CHKLIST PROCS PRIOR TO ENG START. ALL SYS CHKED NORMAL. CAPT DID THE TAXI AND TKOF. ALL NORMAL EXCEPT GEAR DID NOT RETRACT. PERFORMED REQUIRED ITEMS ON EMER CHKLIST. GEAR REMAINED DOWN AND LOCKED. RETURNED TO FIELD. NO DAMAGE. NO INJURIES. NO EQUIP REQUIRED.
