Narrative:

Shortly after level off at FL220 on our way to evv the radar controller asked if we were showing level at FL220. We double checked our altimeters and found that we did not have 29.92 set in. After making the adjustment we found we were 300 ft low and verified this with ATC. We feel we forgot to set the meters at 29.92 through FL180 due to distractions of being in icing conditions.
