Narrative:

After a clean landing at airport, I was asked to taxi across runway 16L and expedite since there was traffic on short final. There is a great deal of construction at airport. There were no green taxiway centerline lights working. I crossed the runway and inadvertently struck a taxiway blue light producing a 1/2 moon the size of a 50 cent piece damage on 1 blade of the propeller. This required a new blade and an engine teardown. I should have refused the clearance and awaited progressive instructions before entering the runway.
