Narrative:
I had flight following with a transponder squawk from sac approach wbound on a hazy day looking into the afternoon sun. I had maintained my reported altitude within less than 100 ft. Approach suddenly gave me a TA and advised losing altitude immediately for oncoming traffic my altitude at 12 O'clock position, which I did. The traffic passed immediately on my right.

Narrative: I HAD FLT FOLLOWING WITH A XPONDER SQUAWK FROM SAC APCH WBOUND ON A HAZY DAY LOOKING INTO THE AFTERNOON SUN. I HAD MAINTAINED MY RPTED ALT WITHIN LESS THAN 100 FT.
