Narrative:

On landing, we were instructed to taxi south on taxiway a and hold short of runway 31. I was busy in the cockpit accomplishing the after landing checklist and clearing several EICAS warning messages. When I looked up it appeared we were going to cross the runway. I directed the pilot under instruction to stop. The aircraft came to a stop with its nose at the runway edge. Hrl tower then instructed the cessna to go around. At no time was aircraft separation lost. The cessna went around prior to crossing runway 31 threshold.
