Narrative:

I was on taxiway J at cle sitting in front of runway 28 when I was cleared to taxi into position and hold on runway 23L. Starting my taxi, tower changed my clearance to cleared for takeoff. In order to get to runway 23L, I had to cross runway 28 and somehow I mistook runway 28 for runway 23L. I started my takeoff run. At this point just before I was going to rotate, tower informed me that I was on runway 28 and told me I could continue or stop and taxi back to runway 23L. Having enough takeoff speed, and after confirming that it was all right to continue, I felt it safer to continue the takeoff than to stop. I do not know how I got the 2 runways confused because I've taken off from runway 23L a half dozen times. The only thing I can think is that I was fatigued and rushed myself.
