Narrative:

Taxiing out for departure after completing a trip to bos, we were told to hold short of a taxiway and give way to a merging B737 taxiing from the terminal. As we came up to the hold short position instructed to us, an alert ground controller noticing we were moving too fast to apparently stop instructed 'falcon xyz stop.' we did so and the B737 passed in front whereupon we followed the B737 to the departure runway. We missed noting the taxiway letter on taxi out (the controller issued it!) and assumed a taxiway further along. As we approached the taxiway, both myself and the captain were running a taxi check and were more inside the cockpit as out. Also a windshield brace runs right down at the point where the B737 was making it harder to notice him, both of us moving at the same speed thanks to a vigilant controller. Things could have been much worse.
