Narrative:

In apr/95 I received recurrent training for CAT ii, CAT IIIA certification. In 1996 I inquired of retraining and was informed by maintenance training that I was certified until dec/96. In jan/97 I found, trough company training records, that I was not certified since apr/96. I had certified several aircraft from apr/96 through dec/96. I have notified the maintenance training department and I'm scheduled for retraining in feb/97.

Narrative: IN APR/95 I RECEIVED RECURRENT TRAINING FOR CAT II, CAT IIIA CERTIFICATION. IN 1996 I INQUIRED OF RETRAINING AND WAS INFORMED BY MAINT TRAINING THAT I WAS CERTIFIED UNTIL DEC/96. IN JAN/97 I FOUND, TROUGH COMPANY TRAINING RECORDS, THAT I WAS NOT CERTIFIED SINCE APR/96. I HAD CERTIFIED SEVERAL ACFT FROM APR/96 THROUGH DEC/96. I HAVE NOTIFIED THE MAINT TRAINING DEPT AND I'M SCHEDULED FOR RETRAINING IN FEB/97.
