Narrative:

A military P3 executed published missed approach off nuq, a climbing left turn that takes aircraft directly into the sjc runway 12R final. In this instance, the P3 crossed in front of a B737 on final to sjc. The B737 pilot was able to maintain visual separation from the P3. The missed approach procedure off nuq is in direct conflict with sjc runway 12R approachs and needs to be redesigned.
